A limited number each year. The short calendar is deliberate: the estate is never reset between celebrations, and the property is given to each couple as the family keeps it.

Private use of the estate for the length of the stay: the ceremony ridge, the lawn, the barn and courtyard, the pool terrace, the saloon and game room, the amenities, and the guest accommodations on the property. The main house can be reserved on request. Sandy Creek Ranch remains a working ranch beyond the estate.

Yes. Sandy Creek Ranch works only with couples represented by a professional planner, who must be engaged within the period set out in the venue agreement after the contract is signed and the first deposit received. As a new venue, the ranch does not yet hold established vendor relationships in the region, and a planner ensures the weekend is produced to the standard the property deserves.

The couple, wedding party, and immediate family stay on the estate. The wider guest list stays in Paso Robles, about thirty-five minutes away, where hotels range from a vineyard resort to boutique inns on the town square.

Private aircraft land at Paso Robles (PRB), about forty minutes away. San Luis Obispo (SBP), with nonstop flights from nine cities, is a little over an hour. San Francisco is about three and a half hours by car and Los Angeles about four. See Getting Here.
